My story is out of the ordinary. I used to be found on my kitchen floor, night after night, wishing for a way out.
I am now a single mom to two wonderful children. I am an average Canadian hockey and dance mom with a love for the rink, a passion for working with children, and true advocate for Self-Love. I am a writer, with a dream to become a published author one day.
This blog is my journey. The journey to finding myself. While I used to be ‘The Lost Mom’, I am now found, and I never want another mom to feel alone and lost like I did.
